What happens after I order my custom tattoo?

After you place an order for a custom tattoo, it goes to our design team!

💡 Please note: Ordering a custom design may extend your order's processing time, as we review each design individually to make sure it looks its best!

👍🏽 If the design is print-ready (no design issues that will prevent successful application), we'll process, print, and send out your order! 🥳

👎🏽 If the design is not print-ready, one of a few things will happen:

1. If our team thinks a few minor changes will create a successful design, we'll reach out via email with suggested edits for your approval. We'll hold the order for 4 days ⌛ and if we don't hear back, we'll proceed as best we can.
2. If the changes needed are too extensive, our team will reach out via email for an alternate design image or offer a refund for the complex design.
3. Sometimes our team needs clarification on the design so we can create it as close to what was submitted as possible. We'll follow up via email if we need to confirm the sizing, content, or quality of the image.
