Processing Time

Our processing time for non-custom tattoos will be up to 1-3 days before shipping.

For Custom Tattoos, It usually takes 2-4 business days for our team to create and finalize your custom tattoo before it is shipped to you. Sometimes, we need to work with you to adjust your designs via email so that your tattoo looks its best! In these cases, it may take more than 2-4 business days for us to ship your tattoo.

Standard: 4-8 Business Days (Includes shipping time: 3-5 Business Days) | Cost: $5

Priority: 5-9 Business Days (Includes shipping time: 3-6 Business Days) | Cost: $9

Canada

Standard: 4-10 Business Days (Includes shipping time: 1-4 Business Days) | Cost: $5

International

Standard: 5-7 Business Days (Includes shipping time: 3-5 Business Days) | Cost: $10

FAQs

How long does it take for my order to ship?

It takes 1-3 business days for catalog tattoos and 2-4 business days for custom tattoos to be processed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number. Visit our Shipping Page for up to date shipping times.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order here. Just enter your order number or tracking number. Please note that once you receive your tracking number, it can take up to 24 hours for the link to update.

Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?

We can change your shipping address as long as your order hasn’t been sent out! Just send us an email at hi@getinkbox.com with your order number and updated shipping address! We’re unable to make any changes to your order once it’s been shipped out.

Will I be charged duties for my order?

US and Canadian customers will never be charged custom fees.

In some cases, customs fees will apply to international orders. These fees are imposed by the destination country and the amount depends on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold. If you’re asked to pay custom fees, you’ll be contacted by our shipping partner.
