Can I use someone else's designs in the Custom Tattoo Designer?

If you want to use someone else's design for your custom tattoo, there are a few guidelines! 📝

When you purchase a custom design, you agree that at least one of the following applies:

1. You own the copyright to the design.
2. You have permission to use the design from the person who owns the copyright.
3. The design falls under fair use.
