These scaly, fire-breathing creatures are one of the most legendary when it comes to mythology and folklore. Therefore, it’s not surprising that dragons have been a popular tattoo design choice for decades. Though all tattoos vary in meaning, it is common for dragon tattoos to symbolize the traits they hold such as strength, independence, courage, and power.
