Parapluie

Being queer means ceasing to think in binaries like “male” or “female,” “gay” or “straight”. It means being aware that our identities and sexualities are always in flux, never static. It means recognizing and respecting alternate gender, sexual and romantic identities. It's an umbrella term for those who are not heterosexual or cisgender. The word has been reclaimed by the community it was once used against.

Evinco

Love has no age, no gender, no color, no label, no religion and no limits. Love is the absence of judgment. This slogan came from the historic 2015 U.S. Supreme court ruling. Finally, all 50 states were required to perform and recognize the marriages of same-sex couples on the same terms and conditions as the marriages of hetero couples, with all accompanying rights and responsibilities.

Assos

Unfortunately, there are still many misconceptions about asexuality, even in progressive spaces. We made this design as our way of recognizing and celebrating those who identify as asexual. Respecting someone's romantic orientation is just as important as respecting their sexual orientation.

Fasma

In the spirit of inclusiveness, we celebrate the diversity and visibility of our community. Visibility itself is not enough, we have to be willing to listen, ask questions, learn, and work towards ending the marginalization, and oppression of spectrum-identified individuals. This acronym is intended to recognize the diversity of sexuality and gender identity-based cultures.

Mi Mem

However you choose to celebrate, this is about you and your community. It’s about respecting and loving each other, but also respecting and loving yourself.  Whatever your story, however you got to where you are now, this is in celebration and pride of being you.

Compris

Diversity is about celebrating the fact that we are all beautiful and unique. Honouring diversity and inclusion means keeping an open mind and an open heart by making sure that everyone is visible and no one ever feels excluded. Love is love recognizes that all love is valid, regardless of gender or sexual orientation.

Quod

Respect everyone's identity, however they choose to express it. If you are not sure what someone’s pronouns are, ask them, but never assume. It costs nothing to use the right pronouns, and it shows respect, intention, and validates that you see people the way they want to be seen.

Laverne

As one of the primary symbols of the trans community, this design celebrates what trans people have accomplished and contributed to our society. Unfortunately, the trans community is often underappreciated and prosecuted for who they are. We’re using this as an opportunity to give the positive visibility and recognition that they deserve, and celebrate trans identities.

Parkalo

For people who are transgender, non-binary, or gender-nonconforming, publicly identifying with one’s authentic self is a super important step. Show your support for the people in your life and in your community by being conscious and always asking, not assuming.

Idanimo

Identifying under the non-binary umbrella means different things to different people. Usually, it means that someone doesn’t identify as male or female, but as both/ neither/ or somewhere in between. We respect everyone's choice of identification, for the visibility and celebration of the non-binary community.
